Yes, there is free W-LAN in the apartment. You can find the password in the guestbook at the front. 🙂

We ask our guests to dispose of the garbage in the apartment themselves. Next to the guest parking lot is our garbage hut. You are welcome to dispose of “everyday” garbage in it. We separate according to:

• Glass (colored + white)
• Plastic + metal
• Paper
• Cardboard
• Residual waste
• Organic waste

ATTENTION NEW: Deposit system for labeled plastic bottles and beverage cans. Please do not crush or damage these containers. More information at: From January 2025: New deposit system in Austria

A ski and bike room is available for our guests. We will be happy to show you where it is when you check in.

Bed linen and towels are included in the apartment and do not have to be brought along.

For stays of more than one week, we are happy to offer you a change of towels and bath towels.

We provide our guests with a small initial supply for the first day with us. This means that coffee powder, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, washing-up liquid/taps and toilet paper are available in the apartment for the first time. If you need more, we ask you to buy more for your needs.

Our hardest-working employees moved in with us in 2020. You can see some of them in our garden hut. Our bees produce the best honey. See for yourself. You can buy the honey from us.

Let’s protect the environment and don’t buy expensive mineral water. Because with us you get water from the Hohe Tauern National Park free of charge and straight from the tap.

One parking space per apartment is available free of charge. If several parking spaces are required, please contact us in good time.
